This page aims to honour those we never see, or almost never, but who contribute to the success of "Don Matteo" with their invaluable efforts.
"Almost never" because every now and then some of them appear for a brief moment as extras. This happened in the first season in the episode "L'attore" when the director of the episode, Enrico Oldoini, appeared as the director in the episode, and the real crew played the crew!
In the second season, the director, Leone Pompucci, played the Carabinieri Colonel in the episode "Un uomo onesto".
