The Actor A film crew asks to shoot a movie inside Don Matteo's church. The priest reads the script and does not give his authorization. During filming outside the church, the leading actor, Manuel Cora, is Killed. One of Don Matteo's parishioners is investigated. He was responsible for the weapons on the film and had a motivation: his wife was having an affair with Manuel Cora. Don Matteo, however, is not convinced of this conclusion and investigates on his own.
