	A coach trip by of group of senior citizens has a tragic end. One of the women dies when she falls down a cliff face. Don Matteo is an eyewitness to the fact that someone pushed her, but he was too far away to be able to recognize the killer. The investigation focuses on her nephew, who was selling things on the coach to the passengers. The relationship between he and his elderly aunt were not the best and was primarily an economic relationship rather than an affectionate relationship. But the young man continues to proclaim his innocence.
